Each council we work with have their own dedicated account team who source, administer and manage the full spectrum of training to all directorates.

Who we Support
We understand that every client works differently and will want to be supported in a way that suits them. Premier work with County, District, Borough and City councils in England, Scotland and Wales who all have their own specific requirements and preferred ways of working. Whereas the majority of Premier’s work is as a managed training service provider, some prefer to partner with us on a specific type of training (Health and Safety / Core Skills) whereas others require Premier to provide qualifications and coaching.
From your first engagement with Premier, you will be assigned your own Client Relationship Director who works across the breadth of local authorities and is vastly experienced in understanding the needs of local authorities. The CRD will act as the lead to ensure you get the most out of our service.

DVLA leadership team recognised the need to expand the team's skills to prepare for a return to face-to-face training. They also wanted to ensure that the team members had a qualification that supported their teaching and learning efforts.
Premier Partnership were approached to develop and deliver a course on adult and child safeguarding for healthcare professionals.
The Metropolitan Police previously delivered their NEBOSH training internally on a face-to-face basis, challenges were identified for future delivery due to changes in personnel and the ability to pull delegates to a central location from across London.
