Who we Support
We understand that every client works differently and will want to be supported in a way that suits them. Premier work with NHS Trusts across the UK who all have their own specific requirements and preferred ways of working. Whereas the majority of Premier’s work is as a managed training service provider, some prefer to partner with us on a specific type of training (Health and Safety / Core Skills / Specialist) whereas others require Premier to provide qualifications and coaching.
From your first engagement with Premier, you will be assigned your own Client Relationship Director who works across the breadth of the NHS and is vastly experienced in understanding their needs. The CRD will act as the lead to ensure you get the most out of our service.
HMCTS invited Premier Partnership to create a bespoke health and safety package for their specific requirements. HMCTS employ around 17,000 staff and operate from locations in England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
With travel restrictions slowly being relaxed and after over a year of many people working remotely, Premier Partnership have been working with learners from Derby City Council who have become the first learners to embark on our CMI Level 3 Coaching and Mentoring blended workshop with virtual classroom delivery.
The Post Office wanted to create a business-wide training programme to ensure that their people managers are equipped to deliver business goals through effective management of their teams. They chose Premier Partnership and Walkgrove to assist in the design and development of the project.

Premier Partnership are a strategic partner with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and are a fully approved centre for the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and City and Guilds (C&G). We design and deliver a wide range of accredited qualifications across all levels. Creative delivery is provided through digital, face to face and blended programmes.
