Premier Partnership have a proud and long standing history of supporting Blue Light with their learning and development needs stretching back over 25 years. Each service we work with have their own dedicated account team who source, administer, and manage the full spectrum of training to all departments.

Whatever requirement you may have, no matter how specialist, bespoke or large, Premier Partnership will be your one stop shop for everything L&D.

Who we Support

We understand that every client works differently and will want to be supported in a way that suits them. Premier work with Police, Ambulance and Fire services across the UK who all have their own specific requirements and preferred ways of working. Whereas the majority of Premier’s work is as a managed training service provider, some prefer to partner with us on a specific type of training (Health and Safety / Core Skills / Specialist) whereas others require Premier to provide qualifications and coaching.

From your first engagement with Premier, you will be assigned your own Client Relationship Director who works across the breadth of Blue Light and is vastly experienced in understanding their needs. The CRD will act as the lead to ensure you get the most out of our service.
