Renowned ED&I specialist joins roundtable...

We are delighted to confirm Dionne Lewis-Reid as one of our guest speakers for next week’s Allyship Roundtable event.

Dionne is a very experienced Life and Career Transition Specialist and qualified coach, who helps people to transform their lives and careers, as well as being a specialist in Equality and Diversity, spending several years as Head of Equality and Diversity at Croydon College and has been supporting Premier Partnership in the creation of our Active Allyship programme.

Well respected in her field, Dionne is a regular contributor for BBC Radio and has delivered to senior and middle managers within the Civil Services i.e Department for Works and Pensions, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Justice, Local Authority and Housing Associations at a senior and middle management level to a total audience of approx. 6,000 people over the past 11 years.

Dionne will be joined by Fay Reid who launched 9to5menopause on social media, initially just to share tips and present menopause in a more realistic light. Fay is now a well-respected Menopause ambassador and will be discussing the subject of why many women leave their careers early as they do not feel supported when it comes to the menopause, the lack of awareness, being overlooked for promotion, being made to feel they do not exist, or that they are too old resulting in companies losing valuable staff members with a wealth of knowledge and experience. She believes passionately about changing the narrative, stigma and negatively around the menopause.
