Warmsworth Juniors look 'Premier' in their new kit

Feb 01, 2023

A junior football team from Doncaster have scored a new kit with Warmsworth Lions Under 15 Reds taking to the field in a brand new kit which has been funded by Premier Partnership based in Doncaster.

The side, which plays in the Doncaster and District Junior Sunday Football League will be starting 2023 in their new strip and team manager Clare Johnson said: “Grassroots football is difficult to run at the best of times, especially when it comes to the overall costs of the day-to-day running of the club with each team having to find their own funding for the essentials such as kit and training equipment.”

Clare, who has been a manager in junior football for around six years and over that time has gained her level 1 coaching qualification also works as an Account Executive at Premier Partnership and is delighted that the company have helped the club out with the sponsorship, “I’d like to thank Premier for their kind donation. This means so much to a team like ours, it’s important when we go out to play that we look the part and this new kit certainly does that!”.

David Pearson, Director of Premier Partnership, added: “As a company, we feel that social value is important and is key to supporting local causes, and when we heard that Warmsworth Lions Under 15 Reds were seeking sponsorship for their new kit, we were more than happy to help and all here at Premier Partnership wish them all the best for the rest of the season.”

Why learning and development is not working in your organisation

We’ve all experienced the dread of tick-box learning and development programmes. Typically, it’s training that seems to slow-down time, numb the brain and have the reliable ability to make us imagine an infinite number of places we’d rather be.
