Managing Hybrid Teams - A FREE roundtable event
As we move into 2022, the advice is to continue to work from home where possible, employers are embracing hybrid working; blending on-site and off-site workers, but with that comes a different way of managing teams and individuals.
Following on from the success of our hybrid working round table last year, Premier Partnership are holding a free online round table event on Tuesday 1st February 2022 from 2.00pm – 3.00pm to explore and share experiences of organisations who have adopted hybrid working and showcase the management development that has engaged teams and made the management of remote workers easier.
The session will introduce guest speakers including one of our current local authority clients discussing the benefits of training with Premier Partnership, an Ambassador from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) to share their experiences of managing hybrid working, and a trainer to discuss how the CMI training has been tailored to help managers supporting hybrid workers.
