Social Value
Premier Partnership is committed to the continuous improvement in our Corporate and Social Responsibility by:
We are committed to reducing our direct impact on the environment by actively managing our waste, emissions and consumption of natural resources and aim to create a workplace that encourages diversity and equal opportunities for all. Professional development is actively encouraged with employee health and wellbeing supported.
We have worked with the Metropolitan Police for several years providing bespoke and specialist training for all rank of officers and levels of police staff within the force.
When undertaking courses, learners can be sure that support is heading back to communities in the London area.
As part of our commitment to social funding, Premier Partnership invest back into the community with charities Groundwork and Redthread benefitting from this initiative with 2% of the overall MPS contract value given to Givewith and used as below:
Groundwork
Place community liaisons in neighbourhoods to facilitate sustainable development and community.
Program
Community Enablers help young people get their voices heard and demonstrate that they can be a powerful force for good in their community. They help people who are isolated or suffering health problems to get involved and get active, and help to re-connect people with nature, understanding the importance of biodiversity and the benefits of fresh, local food.

Redthread
Support young people to break the cycle of violence.
Program
This program embeds specialist, trauma-informed youth workers in hospital A&E departments, they meet young people who attend as victims of violence. Many have experienced multiple disadvantages and recurrent trauma and a third are known to statutory services but have not been previously been able to engage. The program capitalises on the ‘teachable moment’: a powerful opportunity for reflection created by crisis.

Alongside this, we strive to assist the community in whatever ways that we realistically can, regularly undertaking events and fundraising at a local level, as children from St Peters Catholic Primary School, Doncaster and Southfield Primary School in Armthorpe can attest as they were given a helping hand with their lockdown learning after Premier Partnership donated 20 tablets to each school to distribute as they felt necessary amongst their pupils as the schools closed during lockdown and children having to home school.
Our colleagues and suppliers are also involved in local community work with links to junior and senior football and rugby clubs, helping get boys and girls of all ages involved in sport, and other activities including charity work.
