1. Eligibility:
The prize draw is open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria as defined below:
a) Only those that attended the course relating to the evaluation feedback are eligible to take part.
b) Employees of Premier Partnership and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry:
a) Participants may enter the prize draw by completing the post course evaluation form.
b) Only one entry per person is allowed. c) Late, incomplete, or illegible entries will not be considered.
3. Prize:
a) The prize for this draw is a £50 donation to one of seven charities as chosen by Premier Partnership. The winner will select their preferred charity from the list.
b) No cash or alternative prize will be offered.
4. Winner Selection:
a) The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
b) The selection will be final and binding.
c) The winner will be notified via email five days after the end of the month.
5. Claiming the Prize:
a) The winner must respond to the notification within 28 working days after the initial email has been sent.
b) If the winner fails to claim the prize within the specified time, an alternative winner may be chosen.
c) Premier Partnership will donate the sum of £50.00 to the chosen charity and will provide a receipt from the charity as proof of donation.
6. Privacy:
a) Personal information provided by participants will only be used for the administration of the prize draw.
7. General Terms:
a) Premier Partnership reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw at its discretion.
b) The prize is non-transferable.
c) By entering, participants agree to abide by these rules.
d) Any breach of these rules may result in disqualification.
e) The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
