Speakers confirmed for round table event
We are delighted to confirm the speakers for our forthcoming round table where we will be discussing Managing Hybrid Teams.
The session that will share experiences of organisations who have adopted hybrid working and showcase the management development that has engaged teams and made the management of remote workers easier takes place on Tuesday 1st February 2022 from 2pm – 3pm.
Liz Spratt, Head of Research and Insight at CMI is a researcher with over ten years’ experience of managing research projects within the public and non-for-profit sectors. She has strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, along with proficiency in data management, analysis and report writing. She is also experienced in commissioning research and managing contractors undertaking research.
Liz will be joined by Hazel Standbridge, a Business Change Consultant and Learning & Development Facilitator who has worked with Premier Partnership for several years.
Hazel has over 10 years’ experience leading Business Change initiatives and over 15 years developing and delivering various Training and Leadership Development Programmes for high profile clients.
Finally, Gareth Buckeridge, Business Development Manager at Derby City Council will be speaking on the session. Gareth has been employed in the Business Support team at Derby City Council as a Development Manager since February 2013 having previously worked in various roles in local government since 2002.
In 2021, Business Support undertook the CMI Coaching & Mentoring course for 18 of its leaders, successfully delivered by Premier Partnership, giving leaders the opportunity to embed the skills learnt into their day-to-day roles.
