Premier Partnership support ODP Event

Premier Partnership are delighted to have played a key role in the Operational Delivery Profession (ODP) Evolve interactive virtual event organised by ODP Central Team to promote and Operational Delivery Profession qualifications. The event was be held on 1 December 2021.

The ODP are committed to developing people through producing and promoting inclusive development opportunities for professionals at all levels across the Civil Service as the ODP Evolve event will inform professionals of the fantastic qualification opportunities available to them.

Premier Partnership’s Strategic Partner, Qualifications and Centre Director for CMI and C&G, Amanda Kane and Qualifications Assessor, Rebecca Dyson held a “Meet the assessor, exams, assignments and myth busting” afternoon session to raise awareness of the value of qualifications and to make positive any negatives.

Amanda is the Premier Partnership Centre Director for the awarding bodies of The Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and City and Guilds (C&G). Amanda is a Chartered Manager with CMI and has worked with the ODP qualifications since their conception over 7 years ago.

Rebecca is a qualified teacher and assessor. She holds many teaching and learning qualifications and has worked with the ODP qualifications for the past 5 years. Rebecca has an in-depth knowledge of the Civil Service and the roles within it.

The free event, that was available to members of the ODP, provided presentations from inspirational guest speakers. ODP Evolve aims to highlight the benefits of the qualifications and opportunities available across the profession, and it is their ambition to help learners to:

  • Expand their skill set, to acquire new skills, as well as refreshing and updating knowledge.
  • Open doors to other qualifications.
  • Broaden career opportunities.
  • Improve chances of career progression.
  • Feel empowered.
