A CRD will carry out regular client reviews, seeking solutions to strategic education or challenges, and providing advice on how a client can make best use of the service.
They are also charged with promotion of products, to spark interest within client accounts, of our best product options.
The other primary focus is business development, tender support and pitches, promoting our services to the open market, and forging strategic partnerships to benefit the organisation.
