Principal areas of focus for the Client Relationship Director (CRD) team: 

CRD’s focus is to carry out a mix of relationship management, marketing and promotions, and business development. Supporting existing and new clients, seeking opportunities and providing training solutions.  

CRD’s will liaise with our tenders team regarding publicly published training project requirements, supporting the assessment on our likelihood of winning that piece of work. They will provide technical input on responses regarding our service levels offered, and review all content for tender submissions.

Who looks after which clientele?

  • Mark Bytheway = Government offices/department, Universities, Framework Partners (KPMG, Capita, Crown Commercial DPS), Housing Associations, Private Sector
  • Amanda Kane = Local Authorities, Private Sector
  • Robin Harris = Bluelight, NHS, Private Sector

A day in the life of a CRD:

CRD’s primary objective is to oversee the running of their accounts. To ensure the client is always receiving service excellence.

They work closely with the client’s leads and stakeholders to facilitate acquisition of expert information, advice and guidance pertaining to any nonstandard training requirements.

A CRD will carry out regular client reviews, seeking solutions to strategic education or challenges, and providing advice on how a client can make best use of the service.

They are also charged with promotion of products, to spark interest within client accounts, of our best product options.

The other primary focus is business development, tender support and pitches, promoting our services to the open market, and forging strategic partnerships to benefit the organisation.
