As a not-for-profit awarding organisation, SFJ Awards has a mission to improve learning outcomes and bolster employers' workforce needs through strategic collaborations with training providers.

Premier Partnership is proud to offer a range of qualifications that are recognised and trusted by employers throughout the UK. These qualifications have made significant impacts in sectors such as police services, law enforcement agencies, fire and rescue services, health and care services, local government, prison and custodial care services, armed forces, and voluntary sector organisations.

Premier Partnership have gained approval as a centre for the SFJ Awards Level 4 Certificate for Employment Advisers in NHS Talking Therapies qualification. This milestone is particularly remarkable because it makes Premier Partnership the first institution in the country to receive approval for this brand-new qualification, which was officially released on 1st May 2023.

This achievement underscores Premier Partnership's commitment to providing cutting-edge qualifications that align with the evolving needs of the workforce, especially in the vital healthcare sector.
