Development of Hybrid Working courses underway
As a result of the change in many organisations’ working model to hybrid, several areas of development have been identified for their managers to operate effectively. In response, Premier Partnership are developing a flexible modular learning product for Managing Hybrid Teams.
The product will consist of bitesize modules that can be bundled together, so the learning experience managers receive will be a tailored course that takes into consideration existing skills as well as capacity and experience.
There are twelve modules that assist in overcoming challenges faced by middle, or experienced junior managers of hybrid teams. The product covers several key areas such as:
- Building Relationships in the Hybrid Workplace
- Managing HR Challenges Exacerbated by the Hybrid Workplace
- Managing Hybrid Meetings
- Resilience and Support for Hybrid Workers
The product’s modules are designed to be standalone but can be delivered side by side, so can be tailored to the needs of the individual or organisation. Meaning depending on organisational need, one module can be delivered, a full day’s worth or the entire suite over a time to suit the client.
Kyle Hughes, Client Relationship Director at Premier Partnership says ‘The Managing Hybrid Teams product has been created following assessment of the emerging requirements for managers within our clients and combining it with the changing trends in learning preferences. We aim to allow our clients ultimate flexibility to procure the learning content they require and the format in which it is delivered. We are extremely excited to bring this product to the market and look forward to partnering with all our clients to overcome the challenges of hybrid workforce management’.
The product is due for release during quarter two 2022, for more information, or if you would like to discuss your particular requirements, please contact: kyle.hughes@premier-partnership.co.uk
