CMI Coaching and Mentoring programme proves a success

Jan 26, 2022

Premier Partnership have recently completed the remote delivery of the CMI Level 3 in Coaching and Mentoring qualification with a very successful 100% of learners completing and passing the qualification.

The Level 3 qualification in Coaching and Mentoring is designed for supervisors and first-line managers, to support the development of coaching and mentoring skills and techniques of individuals and teams, alongside working to achieve organisational objectives.

On the back of this excellent programme, we are starting delivery of a CMI Level 5 Certificate in Management Coaching and Mentoring for a client at the beginning of February 2022. Delivery will be in a virtual environment with facilitated remote sessions and some self-led learning as well as CMI assignments, all hosted on our bespoke Moodle system. This will give the learner tailored, one to one, facilitated teaching as well as learning and reflection time with full qualifications helpdesk support, all in a covid safe remote environment.

The Level 5 qualifications in Management Coaching and Mentoring are designed for practising middle managers and those aspiring to senior management to develop management coaching and mentoring skills, helping you to identify the links between management coaching, mentoring and achieving business goals.

Here at Premier Partnership, we pride ourselves on our ability to adapt to any situation and welcome the fact that employers are still keen to develop their staff even if it is not in the traditional classroom way. We have proven that remote delivery with self-led learning and back up support works well and ensures all learners receive the input and support they need in order to gain new skills and pass their qualification.

Amanda Kane, Strategic Partner – Qualifications at Premier Partnership said “Developing our qualification delivery from a face to face environment to a virtual environment has proved hugely successful. Learners benefit from facilitated training, interaction with fellow learners and reflection time. Pass rates are 100% and learners are already seeing the benefits in their workplace. We are very excited to see what successes the Level 5 qualification will bring.”
