Becky celebrates skiing success
We recently reported that Premier Partnership's Rebecca Dyson and her Father John were hitting the slopes to undertake the Leogang Ski Circus – snow skiing 26km in one day to raise money for a charity that is close to their hearts, Jens Special Place, a charity that supports bereaved children.
We are delighted to confirm that they went one step further by completing 30km in their skiing challenge at the Leogang, raising £645 for the cause.
Rebecca said, "It was a long slog. 30km is a lot longer than you think, however the weather was beautiful but it can be a hinderance as later in the morning it causes the snow to melt!"
"We raised £645 which is double our original target of £300, so I'd like to thank everyone for their generous support."
Motivated and cheered-on from the sidelines by Daughter Lottie, an emotional Rebecca said "My emotions were high all day, but the amazing messages of support from colleagues, friends and family got me through – and the picture of me and Lottie summed it all up - she’s the reason I did it!"
Everyone at Premier Partnership are proud of her efforts and the worthwhile cause that will be benefitting from the adventure. The support Rebecca received from her loved ones is a testament to the positive impact she has on their lives, and Lottie sounds like an amazing motivator!
