By the end of this workshop delegates will be able to:
• Explain how effective performance management helps their organisation to achieve their strategic objectives.
• Describe how to manage performance effectively.
• Explain what makes a performance management discussion successful.
• Describe how to conduct effective performance reviews.

Assessment

Qualitative assessment by tutor (For example: observations or demonstrations throughout course) – Delegates need to ensure they are familiar with the performance management approach used at their specific workplace ? policy, process, documentation etc.
