Overview

To instill confidence within managers when facing and managing change and identify how to do so effectively.

Learning

• Explain change management concepts and approaches.
• Recognise the need for change.
• Plan for reactions and resistance to change.
• Distinguish between appropriate and inappropriate approaches to managing change their own behaviour through change.
• Learn effective methods for managing their own and other people’s behaviour through change
• Use positive techniques to handle future change.
