Disability Employer Announcement 

We are pleased and proud to announce that we have achieved Level 2 – Disability Confident Employer status as part of the UK Government’s Disability Confident scheme. 

Disability Confident is a government initiative designed to encourage employers to recruit and retain disabled people and those with health conditions. 

This recognition highlights our commitment to creating an inclusive workplace where people with disabilities and long-term health conditions are supported and valued. It also reflects the steps we are taking to ensure our recruitment processes are inclusive and that employees receive the support they need to thrive at work.
