• Appreciate the consequences of poor safety and health.
• Plan the overall direction for safety and health in your organisation.
• Understand the importance of adequately resourcing your safety and health management system.
• Know why you should monitor and review your safety and health performance.

The assessment is completion of a personal commitment to the action plan at the end of the course.

Assessment

Quantitative assessment (For example: exam, quiz, written assignments, or a risk assessment) by tutor with delegate diagnostic tool to review current health and safety leadership performance and devise action plans to improve.
