Assessments and Evidence

Assignment

  • One assignment in all units.. Ranging from 500 words to 3000 words, dependent on the number of criteria being covered. – A structured template is provided for you.

Observations by assessor

  • Minimum of one observation by your assessor – Manage learning and development in groups.

Witness Testimony

  • This can be completed anyone who knows your role, who is not on the qualification.

Work product

  • This could be schemes of work, sessions plans, handouts, resources.

Evidence Statement

  • This is the final statement to pull together the final criteria points not covered in the above areas.

  • This is your declaration that all work submitted is your own.
