Overview

This 2-day requalification course will refresh skills and knowledge for the Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work.

Learning

  • Over a 2
  • day period, learners will refresh the skills and knowledge needed to deal with a range of first aid situations, including:
  • Assessing an incident.
  • Managing an unresponsive casualty.
  • CPR.
  • Heart attacks.
  • Choking.
  • Head and spinal injuries.
  • Fractures.
  • Anaphylaxis.

Other

Multiple choice exam and practical CPR, AED assessment.

Assessment

Quantitative assessment (For example: exam, quiz, written assignments, or a risk assessment)
