Fire Warden or Fire Marshal Refresher Training

Overview

To refresh participant’s knowledge and skills on the essential responsibilities of a Fire Warden/Marshal and reinforce fire safety procedures within the workplace.

Learning

• By the end of the course, delegates will be able to:
• Recall fire regulations and legal requirements.
• Revisit key responsibilities as a Fire Warden/Marshal.
• Understand common fire hazards and human behaviour during a fire incident.
• Identify fire safety features within their building.
• Review fire extinguisher types and their appropriate use.
• Update and practice safe evacuation procedures, including considerations for special needs.

Assessment

Qualitative assessment by tutor (For example: observations or demonstrations throughout course)

Requirements

• Delegates must have attended the full Fire Warden/Fire Marshall course prior as this is a refresher course.
