• At the end of this workshop delegates will be able to:
• Understand the various facilitation skills styles and tools.
• Understand the concept of and what contributes to good effective facilitation.
• Critique your own facilitation style and skills and better understand the range available within your own personal armoury.
• Balance the technical and emotional demands of facilitation.
• Deal with conflict and keep a group motivated.
• Develop confidence in facilitation particularly in challenging situations or with difficult people.
