Overview
This highly interactive and practical 2-day course will enable you to understand and develop your influencing style, helping you to communicate more effectively with your customers and colleagues. You will build a toolkit that will enable you to recognise other peoples’ influencing and communication styles and adjust your style to succeed in moving issues and solutions forward effectively.
