Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

Overview

The course, which is highly reflective and experiential, will raise awareness of patterns of communication that can be influenced by prejudices and stereotypes.

Learning

• At the end of this workshop delegates will:
• Be confident when dealing with issues of diversity.
• Know the underlying case for diversity and equality legislation.
• Be able to talk about aspects of your own culture and background.
• Be able to use language in an appropriate and professional manner.

Qualitative assessment by tutor (For example: observations or demonstrations throughout course)
