Overview

These qualifications are designed for practising middle managers and leaders at operations, division, departmental or specialist level, who are typically accountable to a senior manager or business owner. The primary role of a practising or aspiring manager and leader is to lead and manage individuals and teams to deliver the aims and objectives in line with the organisational strategy.

Award

Minimum of 4 credits (40 TQT hours to achieve this qualification). Minimum of 14 guided learning hours. One of the following units.

Certificate

Minimum of 13 credits (130 TQT hours to achieve this qualification). Minimum of 44 guided learning hours. A selection of the following units.

Diploma

Minimum of 37 credits (370 TQT hours to achieve this qualification). Minimum of 162 guided learning hours. All of the following units.
