Overview
The aim of this qualification is to develop managers, aspiring managers and leaders to lead and manage individuals and teams to deliver the aims and objectives in line with organisational strategy.

The qualification’s Guided Learning Hours (GLH) are met through a combination of planned and guided learning activities. These include tutor-led group sessions, planned one-to-one sessions with a subject matter expert, directed use of learning resources and activities within the CMI Thrive platform, and structured independent learning. All activities are designed, facilitated or directed by the delivery team to ensure learners receive the guidance, support and engagement necessary to achieve the published GLH for the qualification.
