Designed for practising middle managers and leaders at operations, division, departmental or specialist level, who are typically accountable to a senior manager or business owner. With an emphasis on managing hybrid teams.

Study time:
– The amount of study time required will depend on your experience, previous knowledge and expertise, etc. CMI recommend an average amount of study time for the Certificate qualification to be 130 hours in total which includes all of your virtual workshops, self managed learning and assignment completion.

The qualification’s Guided Learning Hours (GLH) are met through a combination of planned and guided learning activities. These include tutor-led group sessions, planned one-to-one sessions with a subject matter expert, directed use of learning resources and activities within the CMI Thrive platform, and structured independent learning. All activities are designed, facilitated or directed by the delivery team to ensure learners receive the guidance, support and engagement necessary to achieve the published GLH for the qualification.
