Overview
This qualification, designed for practising or aspiring middle managers, helps to grow professional management skills including decision-making, managing team dynamics and delegation capability.
CMI module 4001: The aim of this workshop is to help leaders understand the different managerial styles and behaviours and explore how they may be adapted to suit the needs of the organisation and team.
CMI module 4006: The aim of this unit is to explore management and leadership influencing skills and the impact they can have on the achievement of individual and team objectives.

Study time:
The amount of study time required will depend on your experience, previous knowledge and expertise, etc. CMI recommend an average amount of study time for the Certificate qualification to be 130 hours in total which includes all of your virtual workshops, self managed learning and assignment completion.
