Learning

  • At the end of this workshop delegates will be able to demonstrate knowledge of:
  • The key elements of organisational Bullying and Harassment Policy and Procedures
  • bullying, harassment and related terms.
  • The roles and responsibilities of the employee, the manager and specialist in an organisation.
  • The reasons behind an organisational approach to discriminations, bullying, harassment and victimisation.
  • The principles of the current employment legislation regarding bullying and harassment and the implications in the workplace.
  • The skills required to establish evidence relating to bullying and harassment cases.

Assessment

Qualitative assessment by tutor (For example: observations or demonstrations throughout course)
