To equip managers with the knowledge and skills to respond effectively to Bullying and Harassment issues.
Learning
- At the end of this workshop delegates will be able to demonstrate knowledge of:
- The key elements of organisational Bullying and Harassment Policy and Procedures
- bullying, harassment and related terms.
- The roles and responsibilities of the employee, the manager and specialist in an organisation.
- The reasons behind an organisational approach to discriminations, bullying, harassment and victimisation.
- The principles of the current employment legislation regarding bullying and harassment and the implications in the workplace.
- The skills required to establish evidence relating to bullying and harassment cases.
