An Introduction to Faith
Overview
This course aims to raise awareness of different types of faith and why it is important to be respectful at work and support people with their faith in the workplace.
Learning
- At the end of this half
- day workshop delegates will:
- Understand identity in the context of faith.
- Explore the power of language.
- Explore the importance of having a work culture where conversations about faith are normalised.
- Identify ways be a faith ally.

Qualitative assessment by tutor (For example: observations or demonstrations throughout course)
Requirements
- Before you attend the session, think about what you know about faith and your experiences:
- What is faith?
- Do you have any experiences of conversations around faith in the workplace?
- Are there any areas you would like to have more of an understanding?
- Are there any specific questions you would like to ask during the session?
