An Introduction to Faith For Managers
Overview
The aim of the course is to raise awareness of different types of faith and why it is important to build a respectful environment at work and support people with their faith in the workplace.
Learning
- At the end of this half
- day workshop delegates will:
- Understand identity in the context of faith.
- Explore the power of language
- it’s use and impact.
- Explore the importance of having a work culture where conversations about faith are normalised – supporting these conversations.
- Practical strategies for a more inclusive working environment.
- Identify ways be a faith ally.

The target audience for this course are Managers – including team leaders and senior managers.
Assessment
Qualitative assessment by tutor (For example: observations or demonstrations throughout course)
