This qualification is designed for supervisors and first-line managers to support the development of coaching and mentoring skills and techniques of individuals, teams, and the organisation through suitable processes that are constructed to meet the relevant needs.

Understand the individual and team knowledge, skills or behaviours

• Look at the current knowledge, skills and behaviours of the individual and teams, and be able to identify what the gaps are to enable them to perform to the full competence of their role.
