Overview
This qualification is designed to give learners who carry out learning and development roles in their organisation, with the opportunity to develop and improve their practice as well as achieving a professional qualification for the role.

- An assignment (2000 – 2500 words), and an observation by the assessor
Reflect on and improve own practice in learning and development
- An assignment (750 – 1000 words), continual professional log, and most recent performance review
Engage with employing organisation
- An assignment (4000 – 4500 words)
