Overview
To enable delegates to prepare and lead meetings that are productive, and outcome focused across in-person, virtual, and hybrid settings.

- By the end of this session, learners will have:
Identify the purpose of meetings and the roles needed for them to be effective.
Decide when a meeting is needed and who should attend.
Prepare meetings with clear outcomes and structure to maximise productivity.
Lead focused and inclusive meetings across in?person, virtual and hybrid settings.
Manage discussions, behaviours and challenges constructively.
Close meetings with clear actions and follow?up to deliver results
