Don't forget to reactivate your HUB requests...
Our current clients are aware of our HUB portal and the requests that can be made through this for their learning requirements.
We have over 100 requests that come through the hub every month with, on average, a 5 day turnaround to provide a solution.
We understand that our clients are busy, and that sometimes, Learning and Development may be temporarily put on hold as business needs shift, and the request may well no longer be viable or required. However, many do not realise that they can reactivate requests up to six months after the original enquiry.
We have worked closely with our IT department to send reminders to clients to encourage them to use this process regularly and in our pilot phase, 53 reactivation requests have been made with over half going through to the booking stage, some of which is critical training that was mothballed at the time of the original request.
This process has ensured Premier Partnership continues to give an excellent service to our clients and that key learning and development needs are not missed.
Sourcing and booking a course has never been easier. Clients can use our HUB – our Client Request For Quote (CRFQ) booking system, to make course requests.
We will do all the background work for you with our supply chain team sourcing the market and processing your request within five days. Premier’s supply chain team will source the most appropriate providers, identify and negotiate costings, collate all bids and send over to the client to allow them to review and choose their preferred option to proceed with.
