ESPO Managed Training Service

Many clients use the ESPO Managed Training Service Framework Contract 383 to source their IT training requirements.   The framework provides public sector organisations with a quick, simple, compliant and cost effective route to purchasing training without further tendering.  The framework provides a complete service in relation to all your training requirements.

As the Managed Service provider we will work with you to create an individual and comprehensive catalogue of training courses, including elearning, designed around your needs.  An optional branded learner management system, accessed via an on-line portal, enabling the booking and sharing of your training is also available.

The benefits of using the service include: -

  • Reduction in training cost through economies of scale
  • Easy to use with full EU/UK procurement compliance
  • Free to use
  • Facilitates the use of existing suppliers
  • Cost transparent
  • High level of available management information.

Use of the contract alleviates the need for further tendering exercises but still enables local authorities and other public sector organisations to have a clear say in the training they receive and who provides it.  Needless to say it also allows considerable economies of scale and hence cheaper, better training with the provision to share with neighbouring partners.
