How the Customer's Objectives were met
A dedicated Account Director worked with Staffordshire Police to determine not only the content of the training but the style and approach to be adopted. A team of trainers was selected in conjunction with the client and a range of client familiarisation exercises undertaken. The training was designed in partnership with the client to ensure the outcome was a range of participative, engaging and fun training. The trainers have been delivering the courses for over 2 years and continue to receive outstanding feedback.
How we delivered cost savings
Through a combination of using local trainers to reduce costs and a strong focus on skills practice we were able to reduce the amount of time spent in the classroom and reduce the unit cost of the training.
